Pursuant to the last order passed, the District Basic Education Officer has appeared and provided instructions, which for the purposes of identification are marked as "X" and taken on record. From those instructions, it is pointed out that by a notice dated 11 August 2021 all those candidates including the petitioner who were unable to appear in the counselling on 28 and 29 June 2021 have now been invited to participate in the counselling which shall be conducted on 17 and 18 August 2021. The notice of 11 August 2021 carries the name of the petitioner at Serial No. -8.
In view of the aforesaid and since the relief stands granted to the petitioner, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
