By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Judge, Bijnor to decide the Complaint Case No. 1023 of 2017 (Vijay Patil Vs. Baliram @ Vinod Kumar) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Judge, Bijnor to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
