Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Alok Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.
The petitioner has prayed for payment of additional compensation @ 64.70% in terms of a Full Bench decision of this Court in Gajraj & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.; 2011 (11) ADJ-1.
In our opinion, the petitioner should approach the authority concerned by making an application. If such an application is made, the authority concerned shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
