Shri Rahul Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that they have been dispossessed from the disputed plots of land though the authorities have not taken out any proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is a complete code.
The petitioners may approach the competent court for redressal of their grievances.
The writ petition is disposed of.
