Petitioners are untrained teachers, who are presently working in Harijan Primary Pathshala, Bhedkul Sultanpur, Parasiya Mau, District Mau. They are claiming benefit of the Government Order dated 12.3.2012 for being sent on two year BTC training so that they are extended benefit of salary payable to a trained teacher. It appears that the Addl. Director has already directed the District Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Mau to take necessary steps in compliance of the Government Order vide his letter dated 3.8.2018. Grievance is that despite such a direction, petitioners have not been sent for training. It further appears that District Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Mau has also forwarded the petitioner's claim to the Principal DIET Mau on 18.8.2018 but no decision is yet to be taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to ensure that the petitioner's claim for being sent on training is examined in light of the applicable Government Order, keeping in view the directions contained in the letter of the Director Samaj Kalyan dated 3.8.2018, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
