The impugned order dated 09.02.2021 has been passed by the labour court rejecting the application to rectify the order dated 05.01.2021.
The order 05.01.2021 in turn was passed by the labour court on an application made by the petitioner in conjectural terms that in case any ex parte order was passed by the labour court, the same should be recalled. The labour court in the order dated 05.01.2021 has found that no order which was ex parte to the petitioner was brought to its notice. On this footing the application was rejected.
It is noteworthy that the parties have tendered their evidences and the labour court has closed reception of evidence.
The matter is fixed for final hearing. There is no infirmity in the impugned order dated 09.02.2021.
The writ petition is dismissed.
