The correction application is allowed.
In our original order dated 8.8.2019, in paragraph no.1 the word 'C.B. Tripathi' be substituted as 'Ramesh Chandra Shukla' and in the third line of the last paragraph of the same order the word 'goods' be substituted as 'vehicle'.
As such, the order dated 8.8.2019 passed by the Court stands corrected.
