Heard Shri Shyam Singh Somvanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Chandra Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner is seeking quashing of the declaration of the respondent no. 2 disqualifying the petitioner from being appointed as the Director in any Company for a period of five years with a further prayer to reactivate the DIN No. 02118646 and DSC number of the petitioner.
The affidavit in the writ petition has been filed by one Nagendra Nirmal who claims to be the sole petitioner whereas this petition has been filed by one Vijay Kumar Gupta.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to mistake a typographical error has crept in the affidavit. He therefore prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
This writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
