Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2; and Sri Vineet Pandey for the respondents 3 and 4.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2019, in respect of sanction/approval of map of plot no.2 situated in Bareilly Housing Building Cooperate Society Limited, 50, Civil Lines, Bareilly.
The representation prays that the map file No.307/02/RI/2014 is pending and the same may be decided.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion as regards the merits of the application, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by providing that the concerned authority shall endeavour to take an appropriate decision on the application, after hearing the affected parties, by a reasoned order, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served in its office along with copy of the earlier pending application.
