Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Diptiman Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned letter/order dated 31.5.2000 issued by the H.A.L Lucknow Division Lucknow. Whereby the representation of the petitioner was dismissed.
In the impugned order the petitioner has been informed that the petitioner was not found fit after written examination and interview and therefore, he could not be selected.
As the result of the Selection Committee has already been declared and 32 candidates had already been appointed. Now selection has been completed for fixed period.
Under these circumstances, at this stage, no ground for interference is made out. The writ petition devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
