By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the Mutation Case No.T2018052002027 filed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Smt.Vijai Laxmi and others Vs. Santosh Pandey) in the Court of Tahsildar Salempur, District-Deoria.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, Tahsildar Salempur, District-Deoria that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law.
