Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for regularisation of his services on Class IV post.
Learned Counsel for the respondents states that petitioner had never worked with the respondent- Nagar Nigam Jhansi / Nagar Palika, Jhansi.
In view of the above position, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Labour Court or any other forum available to him under law.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
