Petitioner is the widow of late Satya Prakash Pandey, who was working as Food Inspector in Primary Health Centre, Belghat, Gorakhpur. It is stated that petitioner's husband died while he was in service and she is receiving family pension. Her grievance is that entire amount of GPF due and payable to petitioner's husband, however, has not been released so far. Since various representations made have not been considered, therefore, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 in respect of her grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter.
