The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case bearing No.03653 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201916670403653 of 2019, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case bearing No.03653 of 2019, Computerized Case No.T201916670403653 of 2019, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. This order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
