This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of the charge sheet dated 2.10.2017 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2285 of 2019, State versus Vidyawati Devi and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 2099 of 2017, under Sections 147, 353 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C. P.S Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned A.G.A. Entire record has been perused.
The legitimacy of the submission of the charge sheet has been challenged in this application but the material collected during the investigation has not been annexed along with this application. There is no way how this Court may decide the validity of the charge sheet or the impugned order.
The application stands dismissed for reasons of latches.
