The petitioner may avail alternative remedy under civil or criminal law which may be available to her as remedy under Section 21 (2) (i) of U.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rule, 2014 cannot be availed.
We do not find any reason to interfere with the well reasoned order passed by the authority below. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution is devoid of merits and is liable to be be dismissed.
However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
He is permitted to withdraw the same.
This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
