This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.323 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Muthaiahpuram, Tuticorin District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that after completion of investigation, the First Information Report in Crime No.323 of 2015 has been closed and he produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
