Heard learned advocate Mr.Mishra for the applicant. Taking into consideration the contents of the application and the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant, no case is made out for restoration of original Special Civil Application No.8550 of 2011 by recalling order dated 18th July 2011.
2. However, at the request of the learned advocate for the applicant it is clarified that it will be open for the applicant to take recourse to the remedy available in law including filing a fresh petition for redressal of the applicant's grievances. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
