In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of the impugned notification dated 24.02.2018, by which services of labourers were invited through Private Man Power Agencies to manage drainage chambers using sucking and jetting machine, desilting machine and rading within the jurisdiction of Shivamogga City Corporation for a period of one year.
3. On a perusal of the document, it is evident that the period of contract has come to an end.
Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
