This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the the respondent to file a final report / charge sheet in crime No.114 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, submitted on instructions that the charge sheet has already been filed, but, it is yet to be taken on file.
4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to see that the charge sheet is taken on file as early as possible.
