ORDER Shri Shyam V. Prasad, learned advocate appearing for respondent No.2-complainant has filed a Memo of even date stating that complainant has withdrawn the PCR No.51802/2017, which was pending before X A.C.M.M., Bengaluru. In the circumstances, the petition has become infructuous and accordingly prayed for its dismissal.
2. Memo is placed on record. The petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
3. In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2017 does not survive for consideration and the same stands disposed of.
No costs.
