Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition is directed against an order passed by the respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Mathura in proceedings under Section 38 (1) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 on 19.12.2018.
Against the order impugned, petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy which has not been availed by him.
