Heard Sri Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conclude fair investigation in accordance with law in Case Crime No.639 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 304-B, 34 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Ajeetmal, District Auraiya.
It has been contended by learned for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondent nos. 2 and 3 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the S.P., Auraiya shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
