Heard Sri Indra Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no.652/2016 under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 313 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, PS- Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case and she has lodged FIR against the accused persons on 2.10.2016. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the SSP/SP, Allahabad who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P/SP., Allahabad shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay within six weeks.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
