After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the direct the court below namely, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sahar, Jaunpur to decide her restoration application being Misc. Case 249 of 2006 (Veena Devi vs. Dharma Raj Sethi & anothers) expeditiously.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below namely, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sahar, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order, but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
