[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments said to have been made by the private respondents six to nine in Kaduva Tank and Kallathi Tank situated in S.F.No.510, 512/3, 512/4, 207 and 206 of Kallathur East Village and S.F.No.284 of Kalthur West Village, Pattukottai Taluk and Thanjavur District.
2.The writ petitioner states that the authorities already initiated action in the matter. The writ petitioner has already given representations in this regard.
3.This Court directs the third respondent to take follow up action in the matter. If any encroachment has been committed in respect of the water bodies in question, the same shall be removed in the manner known to law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
