JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On the petition being filed, action is stated to have been taken against the on-going construction, which stands sealed.
2.It is pointed out that there are 7 shops in total and thus, two shops have been sealed. For the remaining five shops, it is stated that notices have been issued and if any shop has escaped notice, the same shall also be issued within two (2) days.
3.We direct that the proceedings in pursuance to the notice should be concluded one way or the other within a maximum period of two (2) months from today.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
