The order of this Court dated 05.04.2016 shows that defendants 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 were set exparte and the suit was dismissed as against the 6th defendant and the Court directed the Registry to list the suit before the Additional Master I, for recording exparte evidence as against defendants 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
2. The suit was listed before the Additional Master I, on 15.06.2016, 23,06.2016, 30.06.2016 and 21.07.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff and no evidence was also produced. Hence, the Additional Master I, referred the suit before this Court.
3. Today, the suit is listed before this Court under the caption for recording exparte evidence. On perusal of records shows, the plaintiff has not appeared in person and produced any proof affidavit and documents before the Master for several hearings. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default.
