JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) In this application for restoration of Memorandum of Cross Objection (Stamp) No.139 of 2011 in First Appeal No.2669 of 2010, the applicant has made out sufficient cause for restoration of the same. Though, there is a delay of 11 days in filing this application, considering the averments made in this application, we are satisfied and the cross-objections are ordered to be RESTORED to file. Accordingly, this application is ALLOWED. The applicant is given TWO WEEKS' time to remove the office objections.
