JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is preferred by the applicant - convict for regular bail and suspension of sentence.
Considering the facts and circumstances, it appears that the main appeal is of 2008 and the paper-book is ready. Therefore, the same be listed for final hearing in the week beginning from 6.2.2012.
Under these circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised for releasing the applicant - convict on regular bail by suspension of sentence. The application is disposed of accordingly.
