(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his daughter seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of arranging expenses towards eduction of the convict's son.
Learned APP Ms.Hansa Punani made available for perusal the Jail remarks. The convict has enjoyed temporary bail for a period of 37 days from 11th May 2012 to 17th June 2012 on the occasion of engagement of his daughter.
2. No case is made out for grant of temporary bail to the convict. Hence this application is rejected.
