The present application 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of criminal case no. 77096 of 2017 (State of U.P. Vs. Vasim & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 189 of 2017, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar and cognizance order dated 20.12.2017.
These are factual issues which cannot be adjudicated in the present proceedings. Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted at this stage.
The application is dismissed.
