Variya vs State

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 14, 16, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for appropriate directions for registering the FIR/complaint.

Learned advocate Mr. Sunil Mehta for learned advocate Mr. V.J. Ghanghol, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a view to approach the Court of Magistrate without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Permission granted.
