The petitioner is claiming correction of her date of birth as recorded in Secondary School Examination Session 2009-11. In this respect, she claims to have filed application on 15.5.2018.
Sri S.P. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Board states that the application seems to have been filed after the expiry of limitation prescribed under the Examination Bye-laws. However, he very fairly states that the Board will pass a speaking order on the application of the petitioner.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent- Board to pass a speaking order on the application of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith photostat copy of the application.
