2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the third respondent to give permission to conduct a festival program schedule to be held on 02.03.2017 in Sri Chellandi Amman Sri Mariamman Temple by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2017.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner sought for permission to conduct a festival program schedule to be held on 02.03.2017 and he has also made a representation dated 25.02.2017 to the third respondent. But, so far, no order has been passed by him.
4. Considering the festival program schedule to be held on 02.03.2017, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law on 2.3.2017.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
