1. The brother of the present petitioner had filed Matters Under Article 227 No. 5637 of 2017. That petition arose out of similar rejection of an application for release of the compensation money.
2. By a detailed order passed today, the petition filed by the petitioner's brother being Matters Under Article 227 No. 5636 of 2017 has been allowed.
3. For reasons contained in the aforesaid order, the present writ petition is also allowed.
4. Consequently, the orders dated 03.07.2017 and 14.09.2011 cannot be sustained and are hereby set aside. It is further provided that the money may be released forthwith in favour of the petitioners together with the interest that may have accrued therefrom.
