The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that purpose for filing this original petition had been achieved and the interim order passed by the trial court seems to have been withdrawn. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the original petition. The permission is granted and the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
