JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule of behalf of respondent State.
The applicant-convict has prayed for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to arrange repayment of loan. In support of his request, he has also annexed the communication received from the lawyer in this regard.
Considering the jail report, it transpires that whenever the applicant was enlarged on bail, he has surrendered to the jail authority in time.
Considering these aspects, the applicant-convict is enlarged on bail for a period of one week from the date of his actual release on the condition that he shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.5000 with the jail authority and one surety of like amount and upon the expiry of the said period, he shall surrender with the jail authority in time.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
