This application challenges the order dated 02.03.2001 passed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. passed by the Additional C.J.M., III, Muzaffar Nagar as well as order dated 12.05.2003 passed by Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Revision No. 94 of 2001.
Undisputedly the applicant stands in the position of a proposed accused since the order impugned only directs the lodging of an FIR.
The application is dismissed as not maintainable. The interim order stands discharged.
