Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Gorakhpur to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 4743 of 2017 (Shilpi Pandey Vs. Vaibhav Pandey) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Shahpur, District- Gorakhpur, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Gorakhpur to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 4743 of 2017 (Shilpi Pandey Vs. Vaibhav Pandey) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Shahpur, District- Gorakhpur, most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified/downloaded copy of this order before it.
