Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, learned APP produced relevant file before the Court.
Having heard learned advocates for the parties and on perusal of the relevant record of the case, including the file produced by the learned APP, it appears that the investigation so far carried out is in a proper direction and it cannot be said that such investigation is not in accordance with law or investigating in a particular angle is required to be done.
In view of the above and considering the cause of death mentioned in the postmortem report, at this stage, no further direction is required to be issued in the matter. However, it will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law at an appropriate stage.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
Notice is discharged.
