Mr.P.S.Champaneri, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that he may be permitted to join the Addl.Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department as party respondent No.6. Permission to do so is granted. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
Heard Mr.P.S.Champaneri, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that while rejecting the application for grant of interim stay moved by the respondents, vide order dated 12-9-2011, SCA/3792/2012 2/2 ORDER the Addl. Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department has recorded findings on merits against the petitioner, even while the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Revisional Authority.
Issue notice, returnable on 7-5-2012. Stats-quo, as it exists today, qua the property in question, shall be maintained till then.
