The petitioner has challenged the award of the Tribunal, whereunder, the demand of workmen qua up-gradation of their pay on account of duties performed was accepted and granted. This award thus, became award in respect of wage revision and as per the Gujarat High Court Rules, this matter is required to be placed before the Division Bench. Office may examine and do the needful as the matter is of the year 1994 and is awaiting its final disposal.
