Vadanji vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his Niece.

Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, ld. APP, based on the report received by him from the D.S.P., Mehsana, states that the ground is not genuine and ground is false.

Under the circumstances, the application cannot be granted. Hence, application is dismissed. Rule discharged.
