When this revision petition was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petitioner had died long ago. Even though the learned counsel further submitted that steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives, of the deceased sole petitioner, on record, neither that application is available in the bundle nor there is any material to show that the said application has been pursued further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
