Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass order on the representation dated 3.5.2013 of the petitioner for his compassionate appointment in the respondents Industry (Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd.,) by taking into consideration of scheme for Compassionate appointment within a time frame.

ORDER
Mr.Sidharth for M/s.A.V.Arun, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that if the representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of till now, the same will be considered in accordance with law by the respondents.
3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3.5.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 3.5.2013 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
