This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“To issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the show cause notice of the 1st respondent vide proceedings Rc.No. 3320/Q/2007, dated 24.9.2007, as bad, arbitrary and contrary to A.P. Mines & Mineral concession Rules, 1966 apart from Articles 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass any writ or order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, Sri P. Nagaraju, learned counsel representing Smt. S. Swarna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
