2. For removing the obstructions which benefits nearly 1320 villagers, the petitioner, along with others, had submitted a representation on 18.05.2015 to the District Collector. Since the said representation has been kept in cold storage, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction for speedy remedy.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent/District Collector is directed to cause necessary inspection through the Tahsildar, the third respondent herein, after due intimation to the petitioner as well as the interested parties. Upon perusal of the inspection report to be submitted by the third respondent, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
