JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with, by passing appropriate orders by the respondents and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed. No costs.
