Rule.
Expedited. Ms. Asha Gupta and MR. Paritosh Calla, learned advocates waive service of rule on behalf of respondents no. 1 & 2 respectively.
The order dated 25.07.2011 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Ahmedabad in Reference (IT) No. 42 of 2002 is not stayed. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner succeeds in the petition, it shall be open to deduct the amount from the retirement dues of the respondent workman.
